Pack Your Products
Carefully place your Big Joe items back into their original shipping boxes, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
